18% Solids Low Viscosity Concrete Sealer

First Day Low is a low sheen acrylic UV resistant concrete sealer for fresh poured and existing concrete. The low viscosity 18% solids formula makes the product easy to spray and produces a low to medium
gloss finish.

COVERAGE  

Coverage rates will vary greatly depending on surface porosity and application method. Avoid a thick build of First Day Low. Product is designed to be used as thin coats and is not to be built up.

            First coat: 250 – 350 sq ft per gallon
            Second Coat: 300 – 400 sq ft per gallon

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS 

First Day Low is a single component solvent acrylic concrete sealer. Material should be stirred well prior to application. Long term storage may allow material to separate.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS 

First Day Low may be applied as soon as concrete can support weight for its first coat after the placement process. Surface must show no bleed water sheen. Application should be done using a solvent resistant sprayer designed for this use. First Day Low may also be rolled using a ½” or 3/4” nap roller. Sealer should be applied in thin coats.
